Meet Dr. Tanner Fields

PT, DPT, CSCS and the owner of Ground Force Performance Therapy

I started Angelo Sports Performance and Rehab in 2020 after spending the previous ten years working with professional athletes in various settings. At ASPR an athlete can expect to overcome their injuries faster and get back on the field sooner. My goal for every athlete is to treat not just the injury, but the body as a whole, so that they return stronger than before.  ASPR is an integrative model that blends Physical Therapy, Sports Rehab and Performance/Strength Training.At ASPR an athlete will receive hands on manual therapy to speed healing and recovery during every visit. They will also perform an individualized and aggressive strength/rehab exercise program. Every rep of every exercise will be monitored and corrected as needed. We pride ourselves on the exceptional individualized care and attention to detail that we are able to provide.

Meet Dr. Amanda Stead

PT, DPT

Amanda graduated with a B.S. in Health Science and went onto earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University on LongIsland, NY. During her undergraduate career, Amanda participated in StonyBrook’s Division 1 track and field program where she specialized in the 400m and 200m and is the America East Conference record holder in the 400m.   As a previous student-athlete and now health care professional, Amanda understands the demand that is placed on the body when competing in sports at any level. Therefore, she strives to implement an intensive, whole body approach of rehabilitation to help clients stay healthy, reach their goals and get back to their sport or hobby. Each client will receive an individualized, goal oriented plan of care that will address their deficits, implement sport specific scenarios, and allow them to return to sport with confidence. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys golf, training for marathons and spending time with her Corgi named Cork.
